3 Fictional Sabre/Fury Planes for SF1

2 Fictional Sabres and 1 Fictional Fury for SF1
You will need columns5's FJ-3M Fury from here: http://combatace.com/files/file/525-fj-3m-fury-addon/
This pack contains files to convert the FJ-3M Fury to:
1 - A USN FJ-3B Attack Fury, a fictionalized version of the real USN FJ-4B Fury ground attack variant of the FJ-4 Fury - capable of carrying AGM-12B Bulpup Air-to-Ground missiles; Aero 7D_FFAR Pods; AIM-9B Air-to-Air Missles; various and sundry bombs, rocketpods, etc....
2 - An F-86B Attack Sabre. The USAF version of the above USN FJ-3B ground attack jet.
3 - An F-86G Sabre. The USAF version of the FJ-3M - 4x20mm nose guns and 2xAIM9B Air-to-Air missiles.
You will need to install the FJ-3M for each of the above planes you want to install. If you want to install all three planes, you will need to install the FJ-3M three times.
INSTALLATION:
Install the FJ-3M once and rename the installed FJ-3M folder to FJ-3B.
Install another FJ-3M and rename that folder to F-86B.
Install one more FJ-3M and rename that folder to F-86G.
Drop the corresponding folders from this pack into the newly created FJ-3B, F-86B and F-86G folders and overwrite the old files when asked.
To add extra pylons for the FJ-3B and F-86B I used ravenclaw_007's execellent F-86 Bomb Rack weapon from his Canadair CL-13B Mk6 Sabre early or Canadair CL-13B Mk6 Sabre late.

They are also both execllent planes and if you haven't flown them you are missing out on two of the best F-86 versions available at CA.
You must install the bomb rack as a weapon. The necessary lod's, ini's, weapon data entries and instructions are in ravenclaw_007's download.
You will need to ensure you have the necessary weapons, ie. AGM-12B, AIM-9B, Aero 7D_FFAR Pod, etc. Look in the *_loadout.ini files to see what weapons are needed. Most are found in common weapons packs or are already default weapons.
Included in this pack are the relevant .ini files to convert the FJ3M. Also included are an FJ-3B skin for VA-146, a real FJ-4B unit and two skins for the the F-86B/G models. VA-146 skin was created by me. The F-86 SEA skin was inspired by Dave's/Wrench's SEA F-86 skin.
Decals are, for the most part, default. They will depend on which SF1 install you put these planes in. You may end up changing some of the numbers.
Thanks to Dave "USAFMTL" Slavens for the idea. Years ago he created an FJ-4B fury from a FJ-3M. I found it at AVSIM while browsing the ancient Strike Fighters section.

Five FJ-3M Fury clean skins:
1 = VF84 - FJ-3M - Repaint of pappychksix/Wrench's VF-84 skin.
1 = VMF232 - FJ-3M - Semi-Fictional Repaint of David "USAFMTL" Slavens' FJ-4B DBF skin.
1 = VMF312- FJ-3M - Repaint of pappychksix/Wrench's VMF-312 skin.
1 = USN Blue Camo - Fictional - FJ-3M - Repaint of Mitch's F-86F_German skin.
1 = VMF122 - FJ-2 - Semi Fictional Repaint of VMF122 standalone skin I have but I don't know where I got it or who the original author is. If anyone know's whose skin this is, please tell me so I can credit them. VMF-122 actually used this skin on their FJ-3's. I wanted an FJ-2 Fury to compliment the Navy Blue Phantoms, Banshees, Skyraiders, etc. of the Korean War era. So I downgraded a FJ-3M to an FJ-2.
DECALS: These skins use a mixture of default and other Fury skin decals. As I can't release other peoples decals without their consent, you will need to find some of the decals in other Fury releases. PM me if you need help with these.

For the VMF232 skin I have NO idea where I got the decals to use for this skin. But probably from pappychksix/Wrench's Fury packs. Choose your own.
For the USN Blue Camo fictional skin, use which ever declas you like. I used TW default decals for my skin and probably some from pappychksix/Wrench's Fury packs.
For the VMF122 skin ... I have a stand alone VMF122 skin I repainted. I think I used the decals from this original skin. I used VMF232 numbers, but you can use whichever you wish. The problem is the original skin doesn't have a readme and I can't find where I got it from. Anyone who know's the original author please pm me where it can be found so I can post that information here.
These skins are fairly clean as I'm not very good at weathering so feel free to add your own dirt. To repaint some of these skins such as the VF-84, VMF232 and VMF312, I had to paint over the existing paint to eliminate the old panel lines and rivets. Unfortunately, this means I also painted over the great weathering on these skins. I apologize to the artists of the original skins.
They were made using my F-86 Sabre/FJ-3 Fury templates. They are in .bmp format, 2048x2048 for SF1 but they might work in SF2 with a bit of tweaking. You can of course make them smaller if your computer can't handle the large size. If you have trouble making them smaller, pm me and I'll see what I can do.
There is included a clean drop tank skin for those that wish to use it. Just drop it into your existing Tank_F86 weapons folder. Overwrite when asked. Also a clean skin for the FJ-2 Navy Blue VMF-122 Tank-FJ2.
INSTALLATION: Unzip to a folder/place of your choice. Copy, Move, Drag-n-Drop or do whatever you wish to get the skins folders into your FJ-3M aircraft folder. If you want the blue FJ-2 VMF-122 drop tank, you will have to add the Weapondata entry to your install's weapondata.ini and run the weapon editor. Drop the Tank_FJ2.bmp and Tank_FJ2.lod into your weapons folder.

F-86 Sabre Skins Pack 1 for SF1
Four F-86 Sabre clean skins:
1 = 3-tone Desert Camo - Fictional
1 = 2-tone Desert Camo - Fictional
1 = 3-tone SEA Camo - Semi-Fictional
1 = Silver - Non-Fictional
These skins are fairly clean as I'm not very good at weathering so feel free to add your own dirt.

The first hunting to reaccion Portugues, went the F-86, substitute to the old aeroplanes to piston, employ in the defence of the space aereo national and some of them used against the rebellious, in the African colonies.

This skin depicts the F-86E-10-NA Sabre 51-2824 flown by Captain James Robinson "Robbie" Risner.He flew with the 336th FS out of Kimpo AB Korea.He ended his tour with 8 kills and was the 12th highest ace of the Korean war.This skin was a hard one I could not find much information about it and was working off a couple of pictures I found in a old Squadron in action book that I thank them for.The rest is all my Potoshop work.I'm not at all sure about the artwork but it will have to do. The Paper Tiger

This skin depicts Harold Fischer's F86 'The Paper Tiger',one of the few Sabres to have a shark mouth applied to it. Capt Fischer was assigned to the 39 FIS out of Suwon.Korea and ended the war with 10 confirmed Mig kills.I used the basic Silver Saber skin from Scandy's Skins which I thank them for and hope they approve and also a lot of my own Photoshop work it seems like it took forever to paint that shark mouth it's not the best but it is the best I could do. Joseph Christopher McConnell, Jr. was the top American ace during the Korean War.Captain McConnell shot down 16 Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15s while flying F-86 Sabres with the U.S. Air Force.McConnell was the first American triple jet-on-jet fighter ace and is still the top-scoring American jet ace.This skin depicts His Beautious Butch2 F-86 Saber during the Korean war.IT is a compulation of several different skins,and some of my own photoshop work. I think part of it is from MarcFighters I hope he doesnt mind,and I thank him,and if anybody else see's their work in the skin I thank you to.

Royal Danish Air Force F-86D Esk 726

Just unpack and drop it in your F-86D Folder and fly, if you want guns drop it in the F-86K folder instead, this will not be as in the real world,
since Royal Danish Air Force did not have the F-86K, but it is more fun that way.
This aircraft is from Royal Danish Air Force Eskadrille 726 based at AFB Aalborg from 1959 to 1965 where they tranferred to F-104G

F-86F-40, 461st FDS, USAFE

F-86F-40 Sabre, 461st FDS, USAFE skin for SF/WoV/WoE
Just a simple, natural metal skin for Zur's Sabre as used by the 461st Fighter Day Squadron (ex-527th FBS) after the experiment with camoflague ended, and the aircraft were transfered to the new unit. Timeframe is approx 1956-58-ish.
Included are new serial and buzz number decals. The Black Bar/Diamonds is borrowed from USAFMTLs camo version for the 527th. The serial numbers are actual F-86F serials, but I claim no historical accuracy if they were used by this squadron.
See the enclosed readme for super easy install instructions (for a change!)

F-86K Italian Air Force 51 Stormo

Included in this skin are 51-01/3/21/50/56/60/62/72, which are the ones I've been able to find the corresponding tail number.

112 Sqdn RAF Sabre skin

Canadair CL-13 Sabre (RAF Sabre Mk.4) 112 Squadron skin set
For SF, WoV & WoE Cold War installs
What we have here is a skin representing RAF 112 Squadron, circa 1954-ish when they were equipped with the Canadair-built Sabres. They only used them for a short time, while awaiting the arrival of the new Hawker Hunter or Supermarine Swift.
This skin set is particularly designed to add on to the RAF Sabre 4 mod I released some time ago, but can be used on any of the Canadair Sabres by Zur and Co.
You'll also find another folder "misc-cockpit stuff" that has an updated cockpit ini and new gunsight tgas for use on the aforementioned RAF Sabre 4 mod. The cockpit ini also incorporates the fix for the EGT gauge.
