AFAIK the T-28 Trojan is not available.I think The T-34 Mentor is though,Is that may have been what you seen?

There is a t-28 in the works s. The guy is just working on other projects at the moment

I was trying to find a file of T-28 But I guess there wasn't any.

If you want to get one You have to go to A-Team Skunkworks.
