Rules:

1. Every post must have a screenshot. Even if you're commenting on a shot. If not your post will be deleted.
2. No "What If" shots. We have a forum and thread for that.
3. You will have fun.

To start this off, show us your best Viper pics.

A cry for help, a distant whisper, A foreign nation calling our name, Sent to hell, to reach for heaven, To serve in dark, as light in the black. Sent into battle to aid strangers in need, Gain independence, our forces will lead. Final solution when all others have failed. Liberation is coming our path has been laid. We remember the fields, where our tanks held the line
We remember our brothers in arms. When the war, has been won. And our march home begins. What awaits has not yet been revealed. What was won? what whas lost? Will our deeds be remembered? Are they written on stone or in sand?

VOYTEK The Soldier Bear

Syrian brown bear cub adopted by soldiers of the 22nd Company of the Polish II Corps.

With the company he moved from Iran to Iraq and then through Syria, Palestine, Egypt to southern Italy.

During the Battle of Monte Cassino, Voytek helped move ammunition – never dropping a single crate.

He also enjoyed smoking and eating cigarettes, wrestling and drinking beer.

High over the Atlantic at 0230 hrs. Pitch-black, windy and foggy, too. We were flying with radars off, and no ECM, with only by the vectors from a Hawkeye, leading us to a flight of MiG-29's some 5000 ft above us. The MiG's were escorting a pair of Fencers, who in-turn were en-route to attack a friendly destroyer. I decided to hide in this 3000 ft or so thick patch of clouds and ambush the Fulcrums with AIM-9M's. About three minutes after I took this screenie - I turned-off my nav lights, went to Heat and my wingman and I caught the flight completely off-guard, with two shots and two kills each.

I then finished-off both Fencers that tried to light-up with afterburners and flee, some five miles ahead with a pair of Phoenixes. Posted Image

As for the second pic? Well, just another uneventful recce run on a land target. I kinda got a little lazy and misjudged my approach back to the Kitty Hawk. Needless to say - wave off and full afterburner! I waved-off safely and landed correctly on my second attempt.
