Fuel loss looks large, but don't know what it should look like. Flame near the end might require ejection over rebels. If this is today or recent, we'll have to look for news of this huh? +Gepard 10,233 Posted June 30, 2014 It seems to be a hit in the right wing tank. The MiG-21 has only 150 liters there, if i remember correctly. If the fuel is vapored the fire will be out and the plane will have a fair chance to come home. MiG-21FL C1103 flown by Flt Lt A J Singh of No.45 Sqdn had its port leading edge completely torn open by the AA fire. In latter SF2, the damage model is better. Far from perfect or good, but better. You can have engine fire, be hit or things like that and go home.
