Actually that seems turning around Y axis based on drawing's blue line.

Not sure how your model is set up but if pivot is oriented to world, meaning X axis points toward right wingtip, Y axis pointing toward nose and Z axis point upward then correct setting would be.

RotationAxis=Z-Axis

Also not sure if the "PropRotationdirection=Y-Axis" overrides your previous rotation entry. I would only leave the first and delete the 2nd. works perfect on engine fans.

Edit: fix wording mistakes

if that's TK's Hawkeye, it's not going to move. There's no animiations for it in the LOD. Believe me, when I did the 'update' skin and ini pack for it a couple of years ago, I tried it too.

Hell, we're lucky the wings fold! (of course, it needed that for the carrier parking)

it needs nodes to work for the fake props ,which it needs any axis wont work...tried it...

Result...it rotates everytime around the Y axis only...

i dont know if adding something via fake pilot will help...only way I see is new model..

remove  component[xxx]=Radar

add this to fuselage

SystemName[004]=RadarDish

then in engines

[RadarDish]
SystemType=PROP_ENGINE
InputName=THROTTLE_CONTROL
EngineID=5
SLPowerDry=0.50
ThrottleRate=0.5
SpinnerNodeName=radar
PropRotationDirection=1
StaticPropNodeName=radar
SlowPropNodeName=radar
FastPropNodeName=radar
SlowPropRPM=5
FastPropRPM=5
MaxPropRPM=5
IdlePropRPM=5
RotationAxis=Z-Axis
ReversePropOrientation=FALSE
ConstantSpeed=TRUE
NumBlades=1

Is it possible that the radar dish is a separate mesh in itself? Also they no need animation in lod. I use engine fans without any animation for them in max, only fake propengine entry in data.ini.

SpinnerNodeName=radar <mesh name of dish

 using the meshname still has same effect  rotates thru y axis no matter what

this if from my E-767

you would have to change the mesh names

[RADOME]
SystemType=PROP_ENGINE
InputName=THROTTLE_CONTROL
EngineID=9
SLPowerDry=1.0
SpinnerNodeName=RADSPINNER
StaticPropNodeName=
SlowPropNodeName=
FastPropNodeName=
SlowPropRPM=10
FastPropRPM=10
MaxPropRPM=10
IdlePropRPM=10
BSFC=0.00298
ExhaustEmitterName=
ExhaustPosition=
FireSuppression=TRUE
MinExtentPosition=-5.31, 2.17,-0.22
MaxExtentPosition=-4.05, 6.45, 1.19
ConstantSpeed=FALSE
RotationAxis=y-Axis

Changing mesh names won't accomplish anything if the "spinner" isn't defined as a separate mesh, which it's not on that model.  I tried this back in April and May of 2012, so don't waste your time.

So ....the question......

..the flight deck must be a diferend lod.....??

and if yes.....how is look like.......empty.....same the lod file from the ship....???

For the tourville ...i mean..!

All ships that have a usable flight deck should have a separate flight deck LOD file stated in its data file. Sometimes you can cheat by using that statement alone (with no physical lod).
