I feel the same way too. Battle of the Bulge I haven't seen in a while I saw the time slot last night for it couldn't believe it. That movie should have been the one that played in the afternoon. But I have the day off tomorrow and there are movies I'll be watching back to back. the Dirty Dozen and Kelly's Heroes. And because I'm already up before the risin' sun I might catch the Flying Leathernecks. +pcpilot 181 Posted May 25, 2015 (edited) I got lucky a few months ago and got a double feature DVD with Kellys' heroes AND Dirty Dozen. How lucky is that? It was in the $5 bin at Walmart, lol. Clarification for those that don't know Wal-Mart is the WORST place to go during ANY holidays. I'm one of those people that when I get stuff like there is nothing good to record. Like back in the day when we got HBO (or that little box that you had to hook up to your TV to get the extra channels) as soon as we'd get that ... nothing good ever came on. JediMaster 451 Posted May 29, 2015 I get my DVR from the cable company for just a few dollars more than the non-DVR box. It is SO worth it. With a VCR, you had to know when something was coming on and what channel and make sure the tape had enough room blah blah blah. With the DVR, you look at the guide, see it, click the button, it records it and you watch it when you want later. Easy. Never had a 3rd party model like Tivo or whatever, so I can't speak to them.
