The view is centered on the zero-point of the flight model.  I recall Armour Dave's Su-17 suffering from a similar issue, until the flight model was revised.

Look at the position of the bombs and tank, they are not where they should be.

Perhaps you somehow got an old data into the A-4B folder ...

From the stock Data.ini file (I guess)

[AircraftData]

EmptyMass=3806.2

EmptyInertia=16762.8,5235.9,18898.6

ReferenceArea=24.15

ReferenceSpan=8.38

ReferenceChord=3.29

CGPosition=0.00,1.58,0.00

OnGroundPitchAngle=3.0

...

Crusader, i did not notice that :) i changed the values from the A-4C_data.ini one and now weapons are on station.

Cliff, does the CG value is the one to change in order to modify the center point position of the external view? Does CG means Centered to Ground? Because i also notice that after having landed on the carrier, the A-4B seems to have the rear end attracted to the carrier (wants to be cool and do a wheelie :))

I will change this value later in the day and see if it goes okay

UPDATE : had the time to change the value of the CGPosition and that did the trick!

Thanks for the inputs!

how about this:

or rename delete the existing data ini

retest.

then...

extract a NEW FRESH data ini from the cat, and see what happens.

it's a well know fact that a great number of the aircraft had data ini issues after one of the 2012 or 2013 patches.

give that a shot, and I'll bet real money, the issue fixes itself
