Installed Starfighter Super Mega Pack & DLC028 but no F-104A and F-104C

Hi,

 

I downloaded and installed the DLC028 and the Mega Pack for the Starfighters.  When I launch SF2V only the F-104C 67 and F-104C Da Nang show for the early Starfighters.

 

What am I missing here?

I should also add that I have SF2V, SF2E, SF2I, SF2NA and it is patched to July 2013.  Still no Starfighters. 

 

If I have to extract the LODs to fix this, where do I find them?  Which catalog file?

Do you have cockpit.ini as well as associated files in the correct folder. Also, did you edit f-104.ini file to make it flyable?

Yes,I can confirm all the data is in there and the ini file allows me to fly them.

I reinstalled the whole package again and it looks like they are working now.  This is very strange.  I probably missed something.  Thanks for the assistance
