      In June 1975, with tension growing with Morocco, Spain decided to strengthen its Air Force and bought 15 Mirage F1C that were allocated to Albacete AB. In mid-1976 there was still some tension with Morocco and Algerian and Libyan MiG-25 flights on the Mediterranean, which would lead the Spanish Air Force to purchase ten more Mirage F1C and two years later order 48 Mirage F1C and F1E.
      F1EE_Early specifics:

      Found in the Archives! Didn't even know there WAS a TMF version! But here it is!!! :)
      This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's Dassault Mirage IIICZ by PCG as used by the South AFrican Air Force.
      Even though there is =NOT= a stock 3W Mirage IIICZ per se, this is set up and labeled to cause =NO= conflicts with any (other) Mirages available for the game (including the version built by Ludo M.54 from a stock 3W Mirage). Skins remain in their original bmp format.  All necessary items are provided, weapons, pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth (most weapons used ARE stock 3W items, with few exceptions). This is a "nationalized" single-user only aircraft.
      This aircraft is supplied with 3 skins:
      "NMF"- as originally delivered
      "Camo1" - Tan/Green (<1971)
      "Lo-Viz" - 2-tone Blue & Grey (~1982)
      All 16 CZs served with No.2 Squadron, “Flying Cheetahs”.
      All skins use the same 'pool' of 16 ID/serial numbers. As can be expected, the SF2 Date Switch (tm) is active, and the LoViz skin starts in 1982 (best guess! based upon Ludo's Mirage F1CZ_Late). Also, the Date Switch is used on the Loadout ini, as newer missiles become available.
      When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Dropdown you'll see:
      Mirage IIICZ (TMF)
      So you can't mistake them for anything else but TMF Birds (tm).
      As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. All original readmes, when discoverable, are included. The 'Change Log' is, as always, in the Notes section below. As an Extra Added Bonus (tm), I've included a bunch of PDFs I found online, documenting the Development & History of the Mirage III & its variants in SAAF service. They are OUTSTANDING docs, and were the basis for some of the changes I've implemented here. Well worth the read!

      This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's Dassault Mirage IIIEA as used by the Argentine Air Force (Fuerza Aérea Argentina).
      Even though there is =NOT= a stock 3W Mirage IIIEA, this is set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with any (other) Mirages available for the game (including the Bandidos version). Skins remain in their original bmp format.  All necessary items are provided, weapons, pilots, seats, sounds, effects, and so forth (most weapons used ARE stock 3W items, with few exceptions). This is a "nationalized" single-user only aircraft.
      This aircraft is supplied with 2 skins:
      Ar1 - 8th Air Brigade, Camo
      LoViz - Grupo 6 (LoViz Grey <1990)
      Both skins use the same 'pool' of 16 ID/serial numbers, although the Lo-Viz only carries it's number on the front nose gear door (probably not historically correct - simply done for playability). These decals are the originals as issued in 2005. As can be expected, the SF2 Date Switch (tm) is active, and the LoViz skin starts in 1990.
      When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Dropdown you'll see:

      So you can't mistake them for anything else but TMF Birds (tm).

      Each skin has 26 id letters/serial numbers. Almost all markings are decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE. As you can see above, the SF2 Date Switch is in effect.

      This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's Dassault Mirage IIICJ series as used by the Israeli Defense Force Air Force. Included in this package are 2 complete versions of the Mirage IIICJ:

      117 Squadron (all with 1962 start date, NMF)
      101 Squadron
      117 Squadron (both start 1969, in 3 tone Desert Camo)

      This is a full upgrade/remod pack for The Mirage Factory's Dassault Mirage 3C series as used by the French Air Force. Included in this package are 2 complete versions of the Mirage IIIC:
      Mirage IIIC ("standard" usage)
      1) NMF - EC 1/2 Cigones
      2) AdA Blue - EC 2/10 Seine (<1975)
      Mirage IIICi/SEPR (rocket boosted, single missile armed, no gun, interceptor)
      1) NMF only - EC 2/13 Alpes
      They are set up and labeled to cause NO conflicts with the Mirage III's available as stock within the game or as a DLC from 3rd Wire. Everything needed is supplied, excepting those weapons used that are stock 3W items. Skins remain in their original bmp format. Each skin has 26 letter and number decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE. Almost all markings are decals. The SF2 date switch is used on the standard IIIC, changing to the Air Defense Blue in 1975. For the most part, the skins are left 'attached' to the squadrons from when originally released 'way back when.
      When in-game, on the Aircraft Selection Dropdown you'll see:

      Mirage IIIC/SEPR (TMF)
      So you can't mistake them for anything else but TMF Birds (tm).

      When it became clear that the Mirage F1 was becoming a successful production aircraft, Dassault began investigating the possibility of a dedicated reconnaissance version for its most important client, the French Air Force. However, the escalating cost of fighter aircraft meant that add-on pods for this purpose were a more economical alternative. Many French Air Force aircraft, as well as those of some export clients (such as Iraq's Mirage F1EQ), did indeed have a variety of reconnaissance pods available, which were attached to the underside of the main fuselage. However, the development of a tactical reconnaissance aircraft for the French Air Force continued, and the first Mirage F1CR flew on 20 November 1981.

      In 1994 Spain bought 12 F1EDA/DDA's retired from Qatar Air Force.

    16. Mirage F1 CT Standard T2

      This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.
      The Mirage F1CT is a ground attack version of the Mirage F1C200. Following their replacement in the air defence role by the Mirage 2000, the French Air Force had a number of surplus Mirage F1C-200s, and in 1988 it launched a conversion programme to turn these aircraft into interim ground attack aircraft to replace elderly Mirage IIIEs and Mirage Vs. The Mirage F1CT program brought the avionics of the F1C up to the standard of the F1CR, with the radar upgraded with the additional air-to-ground modes of the Cyrano IVM-R, an improved navigation/attack system fitted, with a laser rangefinder fitted under the nose. It was fitted with new Mk 10 ejection seats, while improved radar detection and warning devices, chaff/flare dispensers, and secure radios were also added. It gained the ability to carry a variety of air-to-ground weapons, including rockets, cluster bombs and laser-guided bombs, while retaining the F1Cs air-to-air armament (Wikipedia).
      F1CT2 specifics:

      During the late 1970s, Iraq placed an order for a variant of the Mirage F1, designated as the Mirage F1EQ, which were specially modified for extended range to perform strike missions.

      This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.
       
      Ecuadorian Air Force operated 16 F1JA. During their operational service, at least three of these aircraft were confirmed as lost in accidents. In February 2011, the remaining aircraft in the squadron were retired from service.
       

      F1JE specifics:
      - R550, no R530, no S530F, no CLB4, no CLB8 (2-seaters trainer)
      - radio-altimeter
      - Doppler Radar
      - Seat Mk6
      - RWR BK
      - Chaffs/Flares Dispenser (actually introduced after delivery, in ~1984)

      This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.
       
      Ecuadorian Air Force operated 16 F1JA. During their operational service, at least three of these aircraft were confirmed as lost in accidents. In February 2011, the remaining aircraft in the squadron were retired from service.
       
      F1JA_Late specifics:
      - R550, no R530, no S530F, CLB4, no CLB8
      - radio-altimeter
      - Doppler Radar
      - Seat Mk6
      - RWR SPS-45 Elisra
      - Chaffs/Flares Dispenser (actually introduced earlier, in ~1984)
      - Python III Python IV capability

      This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.
      In June 1975, with tension growing with Morocco, Spain decided to strengthen its Air Force and bought 15 Mirage F1C that were allocated to Albacete AB. In mid-1976 there was still some tension with Morocco and Algerian and Libyan MiG-25 flights on the Mediterranean, which would lead the Spanish Air Force to purchase ten more Mirage F1C and two years later order 48 Mirage F1C and F1E.
       
      F1BE_Early specifics:
      - no 550, AIM-9 SW instead
      - R530, no S530F, no CLB4, no CLB8
      - no radio-altimeter
      - Seat Mk10
      - RWR BF
      - no guns
      - 450 L (360 kg) less fuel
      - CC420 gun pod capability (under-fuselage and under-wings)
      - no AN/ALE-40 Chaffs Flares dispenser
      Covered units :
      - Ala 14, 141° Escuadron.
      - Ala 46, 462° Escuadron.

      30 Mirage F1CH were ordered from Dassault by the Royal Moroccan Air Force (RMAF) in 1975, with the first deliveries taking place in 1978.

    24. Mirage F1AZ Export

      Mirage F1AZ Export
      This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.
      Single-seat strike and multi-role fighter. It is a simplified attack version with extra fuel in place of radar and some other all-weather avionics.
      The South African Air Force recognized the advantages of a simplified version of the Mirage F1CZ for day visual attack missions. The resulting Dassault-Breguet Mirage F1AZ
      is visually distinguished by having a slender conical nose, resulting from removal of the large Cyrano IVM radar. In its place is the ESD Aïda II ranging radar and a
      laser-ranger, with a large instrument boom housing the pitot/static heads attached on the underside of the nose.  The main avionics racking is moved from behind the cockpit
      to the nose, making room for an extra fuselage tank. Other additions are a Doppler radar and a retractable refueling probe. South Africa received 32 aircraft for service with
      No. 1 Sqn.
      The SAAF aircrafts were withdrawn from service in 1997.
      In 2006, Gabon received 6 former SAAF Mirage F1AZ and in 2010 Congo-Brazzaville received 4 others.
