This is the most recent Harrier, a mud mover with good A-A skills, weapon of choice of USMC and defender of the fleet of italian and spanish navies.

Mig-25 package by wpnssgt, usafmtl, tomcat1974, sundowner,ghostrider, deuces and moonjumper.
 
Pit is one made by the MF. This pit is stand in until we get a good Foxbat pit. But with MJ's pit tweaks its works just well.
 
 
You must have the latest wep pack in order for it to work. Also on the 2 seat version make sure you have the latest vid drivers as there was an issue with it when you take a screen shot. Not sure what it is. But is all I could come up with as a solution.

This pack inludes all official Thirdwire MIG-21 models as flyable jets with
cokcpits in most complete form what my modding knowledge allows. All in easy
install form. I am not author of any 3d pits, FMs, sounds. All is what i
downloaded from Combatace or made by Thirdwire. I want to thank to original authors
of included files and this nice sim. Hope it is ok to reuse their work to
provide really complete, up-to-date and easy to install Mig-21 package. I was
always sad with that great pits available and terrible way to install it into
latest ptached games and it is always missed something. Loading screens, loadout
picture, good FM and so on... Now with latest patches FMs are usable and nicely
flyable so i used it as base FMs for pack.

Every official MIG-21 flyable with pit for SFP1, WOV, WOE, WOI and SF2. I corrected
some errors in pits, Used latest Oct 2008 TW patches as base for FM fat files
with tweaks in engine (thrust for each model, spool up time, radar, weight). FM
is not touched and i think it flies now ok with latest patch. Diferent sounds for
each engine model is included with Mig RWR sounds. Better Mig pilots too. Each
Mig-21 has loading and hangar screen and camouflage sample patch with loadout
picture. All includes corresponding serial numbers to choose from. I made
Numbers.lst for Vietnam and Arab airforces by hand. All Migs have right service
nationality in dat as was originaly in each game install.

Simply unpack somewhere and then choose what game you want mod for Migs-21 and
simply copy content of apropriate game folder from pack to game root directory
overwirte all potential files. Dont worry all dat files are based on latest
Oct 2008 TW patches. Sure if you want you can backup first whole game. Just
for cause i forgot something. After that just start game and enjoy all MIG-21
variants flyable in most complete and up-to-date way.

The Tupolev Tu-28/Tu-128 (NATO name 'Fiddler') was a long-range interceptor aircraft developed by the Soviet Union in the 1960s. It remains the world's largest production fighter aircraft.
In this pack the Tu-128 Fiddler B and the most recent Tu-128M.
Instructions
This aircraft is for SFP1, WoE last patch ... not tested in WoV and WoI.
1) Unzip the file TU128packV00.rar
2) Copy Object and Sounds folders into your main game folder (i.e. ..\Wings Over Europe\).
3) Add the lines you find in the "add_to_WeaponDataIni.txt" to the end of your "weapondata.ini" file, change the xxx with sequential numbers and recompile using the last WeaponEditor.

Two skins are available, Soviet/Czech tactical camouflage, and modern Czech grey.

The Harrier GR7 is a license-built American-designed AV-8B Harrier II fitted with RAF-specific navigation and defensive systems as well as other changes including additional underwing pylons for Sidewinder missiles. The improved design of the GR7 allows the aircraft to carry twice the load of a GR3 over the same distance or the same load twice the distance. First flight of the Harrier GR7 was in 1989, and deliveries to RAF squadrons began in 1990. A total of 96 aircraft were ordered, including 62 interim GR5s which were later modified to GR7 standard.

The TIALD pod included in this pack is meant to be used only with this plane.
 
Just as a reminder, maximum VERTICAL take-off and landIng weight is 18,950 lbs.
If you try to take off vertically with a full load of weapons and fuel, the plane will simply not get airborne and, if you try to land, you'll fall like a brick.
Best vertical landings are performed with a 25% fuel load or less, just experiment to find the right compromise.

Many months ago I started working on this little Italian bird thinking to the South Atlantic Scenario WIP tahat time.
I was a newbe and made a lot of main errors before find my great friends that show me the light of a correct modding way, you can find only alittle part of them down in the credit section…..
 
 
 
Installation instructions
 
This package contains all the necessary files in three different directories/folders.
 
Unrar the file you downloaded preserving the directory structure.
 
You'll obtain 4 folders: MB-339A_ARA, MB-339A_SVIBA,MB-339A_Weapons and Sound.
 
MB-339A_ARA and MB-339A_SVIBA are quite self-explanatory, just copy the entire folder in your Objects/Aircraft folder.
 
Sound contains a customed MB-339A R.R. Viper jet sound to add into your Strike Fighters Project 1, Wings over Europe and Wings over Vietnam ad Wings over Israel sound folder.
 
MB-339A_Weapons contains the 30mm DEFA Gunpod and the Macchi_FuelTank: copy all its contents in in your Objects/Weapons folder and add the following lines to your weapon data.

Change the XXX with the first available number in the weapons sequence and remember to open the .ini file with the weaponeditor to make the changes effective.

North American A3J-2/A-5B Vigilante
 
The A3J-2 (NA-269) was a more advanced version of the Vigilante with more powerful engines, a pair of J79-GE-8 turbojets which allowed for an increase in gross weight to 80,000 pounds.
 
Also included in the A3J-2 was a relocation of the boundary air blowing system to the leading edge droop-section. The flaps were increased in area.
 
Perhaps the most noticeable change was in the rear fuselage, which was deepened from the cockpit aft to the tail, giving the aircraft a distinctive hump-backed appearance. This deepened rear fuselage incorporated extra fuel tanks which increased the range. The two tanks immediately aft of the rear cockpit were enlarged to hold 945 US gallons as compared to the 695 US gallons in the A3J-1, while an entirely new overwing tank straddling the wing center section was added which held 210 US gallons.
 
Two additional underwing pylons were added, making a total of four. The braking capacity was improved and the engine inlet duct area was increased to improve the high altitude performance. The horizontal duct weapons delivery system of the A3J-1 was retained.
 
A batch of 18 A3J-2s were ordered for use in the heavy attack role. Two were actually delivered in this configuration, but in the meantime a decision had been made that the Vigilante was no longer needed in the nuclear attack role and that the Vigilante would now be a dedicated high-speed reconnaissance platform. Four aircraft in the batch were converted to YA-5C, which lacked photographic equipment but was similar to the RA-5C. These four planes were used as trainers for RA-5C. The remaining 12 aircraft were held back awaiting conversion. Eventually, all 18 A3J-2s within this batch were converted to RA-5C configuration.
