Can the trucks used by WOV in the armed recon missions be placed into the mountain graphics off in the west of the Vietnam map?

I cannot re-find the discussion about 37mm, the resulting more realistic tracers and timed explosions but can they be placed into a WOV mission? Any chance the ZPU could become more realistic swarm of bees?

Oh. And best of all: Can they be grouped like a flak trap so that one newbie (me) could create a SAR mission.

Then, just send 3 million dollar jets off through inclement weather to bust $1000 trucks while dodging huge air defenses in the comfort of my media room and wait for someone to scramble the Sandy's.

Yes, all that is possible and has already been done.

We have radar-directed 57-85-100-130 MM AAA, improved ZSU-23-4s (which aren't really correct for the Vietnam war), specific flak bursts for 37, 57, and larger caliber guns, (etc.)

Look for ground object packs and sound packs (the mega pack) here at CA.

I got your excellent AA package already and it is certainly better than good enough. Now, about the trucks...

If someone has done a SAR mission, where might I find it. Always exciting...especially if you are NOT the guy on the ground.

Slowly slowly I am getting there. AC130 strafing truck convoy in Mu Gia Pass at twilight with horrendous back shooting AAA. Nothing else worked right...yet...but soon.

HS-3 rescue chopper seems to want to piroette in the sky. Can't quite get the convoy into the valley floor. Snoopy won't FAC. Fighters won't fight.

But I'll get there.

Wish I could change a few terrain squares to match Google Earth.
