Help I downloaded IL46 and installed it no problem but when I come to run it it keeps telling me the transaction code I was e-mailed is incorect & halts

the help desk just produces a black screen ,Iam open to any ideas

keep trying the help desk,but you might even talk to some one at UBI.see if they can help you.let us know how it turns out.

had to done load it a second time before it work buy the dvd its less of a pain
