Beer 0 Posted May 28, 2003 Live showing next Wednesday Nite 4 June, at that Bar on Bourbon Street (Rumrunners I think?), New Orleans, Got the Rig Manager and his Boss to entertain (this could make or break my shot at any new construction Captains/Mate Jobs) :D I will see if I can get someone to DV it fer me 8). Beer 0 Posted May 28, 2003 PC Pilot...I don't have a day job! LOL I am the nite relief for the Captain when I do work. The words are memorized, my previous ship was an ROV support vessel, we spent alot of time at the dock waiting for work or waiting on parts for the ROV, I used to sing that song live around the Beer cooler at the dock. Never worked on oil rigs though, only west coast with a few years Navy time in Norfolk, Va. Most of my family though hails from Florida and the Carolinas with a LOT of us bein merchant seaman at one time or the other. Your niche sounds like a good job though with my kinda folks, a buncha rowdy, hard werkin, grinnin' roustabouts, hehe. Tell the boys howdy for me from an old, Pacific side salt. :D HEY!
