Mirage Factory Weapons Pack

Recommended Posts

File Name: Mirage Factory Weapons Pack

File Submitter: USAFMTL

File Submitted: 20 Nov 2007

File Updated: 9 Feb 2008

File Category: Weapon Packs

File Version: 1.00

Website: No Information

This is the latest and greatest high fidelity models by the Mirage Factory. Now you can merge this with the last weps pack that is here but I do recommend caution. We will not be responsible for any crashing of your weps or loss of data. The weps pack features improved models and skins.

So what you're saying is tentatively it should be okay to add this to the previous weapons pack of July 06 from bunyap? Well user beware, but I take it you had no issues with it.

You can benefit from both applying the following method

before anything (and supposing you have a weaponspack already installed) rename weaponsdata.ini into old_weaponsdata.in

then, and only then install MF pack normally

then using weapons editor, open the weaponsdata.ini installed (it's the new MF one)

use now the merge function and look for the old_weaponsdata.ini file (this will reimport all weapons not found in our pack, but will avoid duplicates)

save

you're done

Thanks Sony, that's just what we needed to know.

It would be useful to have these instructions in the Knowledgebase so they're readily available.

i think you have trouble with your windows... not with the game (Weditor could work without game installed)

stange bug... never see.. try post on TK forum... perhaps some one know.

have you try with antivirus and firewall off.

Thanks so much for returning to the old loadout system with this latest Weapons Pack. I was getting *awfully* tired of doing 'AttachmentType' and 'WeaponType' edits for all of my planes. I added an Aphid-C heat-seeker to my arsenal without a hitch using the new 'WeaponsData.ini' as a guide.

The only problem with that though is now you can't have country unique weapons.
