we got our first snowfall of the year up here, so I figured it's as good a time as any to see if boarding really is more popular than skiing.

I do both.

Ski. Some trails opened up recently up north NH w/ all man made snow because we haven't got a really good snow blast yet. It has been cold enough to make snow and it hasn't been melting away during the day so we're going to have a decent base once the natural stuff arrives.

Skis all the way. Whit my stile of skiing the switch to board would result in large increase of fatalities on the slopes in Europe.

Long time since I sled... Was fun but my mother had a hell of a time in putting me on my sled.

It's been 20 years since I rode a skateboard, so I doubt I'm able to do either, except if falling is the goal...

It wasn't my choice, I just royally suck at poker; if you catch my meaning. :haha:

Because the 1"-2.5" splinters didn't hurt as a result of the frostbite, and the blood clotted (froze) quickly, I only walloped my elder sister with a plastic wiffle bat a few times.

Lesson here: don't play poker with an unscrupulous elder sister.

I've lived in FL my entire life. Snow is for putting in a cone, not for the ground!!!
