weapon editor problem

i have problem with my weapon editor.

i have installed the MF weapon pack but the weapon editer that came with the pack doesn't workon my computer. and now i lost my normal one that has a merge button. now i can follow the instructions.

please can someone help me??

open it in Windows95- Mode! ;)
