+sinbad 27 Posted February 9, 2008 (edited) Here is another in the series of Austrian aces who are reported to have completed their careers without shooting down even one Hanroit HD-1. Julius Arigi was the second highest scoring ace in the Austro-Hungarian Air Service, with 32 confirmed victories. Add to those 35 confirmed and eight unconfirmed (behind enemy lines) for Godwin Brumowski and another 27 by Frank Link-Crawford (plus 1 unconfirmed) and we have a total of over a hundred enemy aircraft downed without even one of the agile Hanroits among them. BTW, I don't have a skin for you yet, but Benno Fiala Ritter von Fernbrugg, the third ranking AH ace, downed 28, without an HD-1 either! You can do it though!
