This is a kind of "what if". Asfar as I know there were no Mig-21MFs in the FRY Air Force, so they were probably retired. This skins goes by the idea that they continued their service in the FRY Air Force and then later the Serbia and Montenegro Air Force.

 

Simply put in your Mig-21MF folder and select FRY/SCG from the list of skins.
