RAF is 90 today - Happy Birthday!

Recommended Posts

very nice to read, blue eyed boys... those were times where a pilot was a pilot and the planes had character... they even had names... Today you fly a computer or a computer flys you. Nice power very agile bt where is the heart? A Merlin or Rolls Royes engine?!

Yeah.. missed the actual flypast but saw some of it on T.V. lunchtime. Might see a bit more of it on the news tonight if they re-run the Red Arrows sequence. Marveleous stuff. :good:

Happy birthday to the RAF, and a special congratulations to all its servicemen.

Also, it's independence day in San Serriff.

Happy b-day :)

it's not everyday that an AF gets to see 90... especially since aviation is about 105-110 years old :)
