Hi forum friends...I come from Belluno near the Aviano Air Base. Every day i see the Aviano's F-16C :ok::clapping: . Can anybody build the skin Aviano for the F-16?? Thanks

And if we ever get a good enough map of that area, I'll personally make one of my famous Easter Egg Signs , saying "This is X-Ray's Place. Don't mess with my Stuff"

and maybe dedicate a balkan war mission over I remember lot of planes here in Aviano in that time,f-16 c/d,f-15 c/e,f-117,u-2r....

or when I was younger...many squadron visits,f-111f,f-14,prowlers,during the Adriatic Saratoga cruise, a b-1 landed for an engine failure,Air force one,b-47's,b-52(only flybies)

I think it can be interesting!

plans for that base were done in Falcon 4,or in FS,zone maps are available on google earth,but some parts are hided and you can't zoom so well!

I know for certain the A-10's would visit there in the early 80's, as I was with them!

 

I was most happy to visit that beautiful area, even though it was a long trip in a Herky-bird from, them back to, RAF Bentwaters, England!

A-10's are currently guest,in the 90's there was the "centurions"army av. company with the ch-47's but since the end of the ww2 I think all plane visit Aviano
