A kind of add-on kit to turn an aircraft into a Maverick launch platform.

 

The BRU-55 bomb Rack with LAU-117 launcher is in the Mirage Factory Weapons Pack. Does anyone know if this type of Maverick carriage is actually deployed, e.g. on Hornet/Super Hornet?

Never seen it on anything we have, but it is cool as hell. If GodsavetheUSA is around he loads A-10's for a living. I bet you he knows.

we had and operations supplement for the H/K model Mavs i was reading the other day and it was saying something about 2 LAU-117s on a BRU-55 because the BRU needs LAU-117(v/)1A...but i load A-10s so we don't have BRU-55 ,but the supplement stated they could and i see no reason why not. but don't take my word for.

I tried launching my shiny new Maverick with my laptop, and I got a blue screen of death!!

Figures there'd be a compatibility problem with friggin' Windows.
