From what I heard, all the modellers are tied up right now with other projects. Anyways, it is a interesting bird indeed.

I brought this up about 18 months ago, but not trying to get someone to model it. And in that time I still haven't found anything in depth about this aircraft. I don't know if it's because there wasn't much info about this aircraft after it's cancellation or what.

Btw, Cicacho, isn't it the other way around?

I thought this was the early model:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pzl-230_skorpion_01.jpg (The green one)

and this one was the last revision because it took stealthy elements into consideration.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pzl-230f_skorpion_02.jpg (The black one)

Either way, I think the green one with turbofans looks better!

It any case, it's really a shame it wasn't continued! A Polish CAS plane that was as tough as an A-10 but the size of a Volkswagon () would have been sweet to see!

Cool lookin' li'l rascal!

I think the specs were probably true, it would have been an export hit, if the usual teething pains were worked out quickly.

Would be an excellent DACT type aircraft in game, as it is dissimilar to just about everything else!

There is very few information about this aircraft in web. It was difficult to find pictures of the latest version.

SayWhat! : I'm sure that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pzl-230_skorpion_01.jpg is the latest version because when this project was active journal "Lotnictwo Aviation International" wrote some articles about this plane and I have them. There are some usefull informations about this project ( for somebody who want to make this aircraft).

ps:I like this variant with turbofans too...

Nota Bene: There was a rivalry project for scorpion names "Cobra2000":
