hi

i just downloaded the f-5e tiger for a beta it looks pretty good to me

i like flying it i use to work for northop and worked on aft section of the f-5e

so it was nice to see it here so all i can say is it great so far

Viper,

Does your AB work with your F-5E?I copied the (4)emitter files to the

particlesystem.ini,and no go.

 

From the external view the whole plane illuminates when i engage AB,but

no exhaust flames present.What tha ....

I got a particlesystem.dll, but no particlesystem.ini. Did I break it? =8-O.

I got no burner effect at all.

 

What folder do I create particlesystem.ini in?

 

For that matter, followed all the instructions in the readme, an the gunpod still no go on hawk mod.

Hi,

 

to find the particlesytem.ini you have to open the Flght folder. There you will find the flightdata.cat.

 

This .cat file can be open with the extractor utillity. That can be downloaded here

 

 

http://www.e-supinfo.com/bueno/sfp1/utilitaire.php

 

Files are in alphabetic order.

 

Find that file and extract, then do the changes.

In the Emitter Number

 

"[EmitterXXX] Dont Forget to Change the XXX to the Acsending Number

 

So If the Emitter before it was [Emitter321] then the Next would Be [Emitter322] and So on.

Hi D-O,

yea i did make the Emitter Numbers in acsending order,(all 4 Emitters),

still no go.The AB just glows inside exhaust outlets when full throttle is

applied.

 

I even tried downloading and installing the plane from scratch again,same

thing.

 

Is the F-5E AB's supposed to look like the other planes that have AB?

 

The sound is there,just no AB effect.The plane fly's very nice,,smooove

handlein it is.

When you Copy and Pasted it did you move the Lines to the Far Right edge of Note pad ?

 

Hopefully by time the netxt release is Ready I will find out what is causing it,

 

The internals were supposed to like up.. so that emmitter is working.. but he rest arent..
