as posted above Zach De La Rocha, and being more into the punk and ska music,

Dave Quackenbush and Warren Fitzgerald from The Vandals

Dexter Holland from The Offspring (way back in the 80's....not so much today)

Tomas Kalnoky from Streetlight Manifesto

Beck

Jello Biafra from Dead Kennedys

Nikola Sarcevic from Millencolin

and most unique by far ...Jason Shevchuck from None More Black

the list could continue on for ever...and also includes everyone mentioned above. just throwing a few different/less known names out there

Messiah Marcolin- Candlemass- album: Nightfall. Mind blowing operatic technique on this album.... on the other albums they did he toned it down.

Geoff Tate- Queensryche self titled EP ( Queen of the ryche) again the first album has better vocal dynamics and rocks much harder than the later releases.

Jim Gillette- Nitro . Some of his bands had a bit of a butt rock influence.... but Gillette was/ is a true master class, opera trained vocalist with a six octave range.

Jamie Vendara - world class vocal coach / studied under Jim gillette / guest on discovery channels myth busters ( shatters wine glasses with no amplification )

Bruce Dickenson - Iron Maiden

Ripper Owens - iced earth /judas priest/yngwie malmsteen

Warrel Dane- Nevermore

I've got that on vinyl courtesy of my none-too hip dad. Great record.

I vote for David Bowie.

Sir Elton John (Yeah, I know, but the man can sing.)

You can say the same thing about George 'King of the Public Loo' Michael.
