Thank you for your reply, however Phil does not own the model I do, it is my model sold through Alphasim, he does not have the authority to let you convert the model with out my permission. Once the model is released as freeware then Alphasim have no ownership of the parts that belong to me, that is the model and the paints, Phil only has permission to the panel, sounds or gauges, not the model. If you open the aircraft cfg files you will see that I am the author of the model and the paints, Not Phil Perrot of Alphasim,

 

I cannot understand how you have modified the RF-84 with out the source files, the only possible way is that you have the source files or have reverse engineed the model, either way, neither is permitted

 

I am sorry to say he has allowed access where he does not have authority.

On the contrary I have done my homework, modifying files or my models for any other sim except MSFS is strictly forbidden, Phil at Alphasim has acted incorrectly and has been informed so.

 

Permission to move the RF-84 or any of my models from MSFS freeware or payware is strictly forbidden, my files, my permission.

I´m very Sorry Michael, that i do not know!!!

After the ok from Alphasim i haven´t checkt the files, cause i´m not a 3D-Guy.

We don´t want to steel your work.

May be Michael, can you please give us your permission to use your great model as a Freeware add on for the TK-Series?

Of course all Credits will go to you!!

I think it would be very sad, when this project must die, only of this little difference.

We have spend many days to do the converting and the animatins paintjobs (they are all complete new, cause the bitmap layout has complete changed).

I stand corrected!

Was too quick with the remark.

 

And ehm, something else....

I am happy to have released a full skin for the F-84F, based on

the good work of Column5 and the Mirage Factory.

In case you people are thinking of including a Dutch strike element

I hereby grant that person permission to add this into any campaign,

pack or mod in the future!

 

Details:

F-84F Thunderstreaks in Dutch service were all produced in US fiscal years

1952 and 1953, but were built in 1955 and 1956.

In their early years, the Streaks flew with the "old" style squadron letter codes

common to WEU practice.It was abandoned in favour of a plane related code

beginning with the letter P, followed by 3 numbers ranging between 101 and 300.

Squadron emblems and USA construction number were on the tail. The F-84F was

in Dutch service from 08-1955 till 02-1971.

 

The particular squadron (311) is based at Volkel and their primary task was

bombing, recce and air defence. They had the F-84F from 1955 till 1965, after which

they received the first F-104G Starfighters in Dutch service.
