Nah, small-caliber fire aint good at killing zombies. An axe is probably better, aim for the head!

doesnt weapon type go on what kind of zombies....axa to head is awsom with the dumb arse slow ones, but if it the modern zombie..like 28 days/weeks..(ok i know they arnt really zombies)..but the fast running scare the s**t out of ya type, then the gun as you run is better..and what if they were the type from zombie strippers movie...then what would ya do...LOL

I like to load in my 2 incher harquebus a chain, watch MythBusters. Once fired, miniguns are best.

Electric saws, knife-fingered floves, etc. I scare zombies- and not only because of my  face

:minigun:`

At racindriver, the church zombie at 28 days later seemed chris martin dancing. No troubleaxing

all you need is a machete, a .45 cal pistol, a 12 gauge shotgun, and a rifle for longer range.

To be honest you're hard pushed to tell the difference between the locals and zombies*.

My plan involves boats and tropical islands. And beer, lots of beer and strippers, strippers would be nice....

*I'm Cornish I can say that. We'll sort of Cornish I mean I don't have webbed feet or anything and I've only got 10 fingers and toes.

I lived in cornwall for many years before escaping...so i know your pain...and i plan to return there under a zombie attack ,mainly becasue i dont think even the living dead would want to go there,an if they did i think they would soon move on after doing the world a favour and eating the newquey surf dudes and pirate fm radio presenters.......

I think the idea of tank is pretty solid against mindless zombies.

This is a great article Typhoid thank you for posting it.

How about that bitchin M-113 with the Vulcan gun.

Last I checked zombies can't penetrate modest armor.

20 mike mike and tracks I think would be pretty rough on the zombie population.

Can't afford one and I probably wouldn't like all the the "special visitors" concerned about my vehicle.

Do I have the proper equipment for a zombie event?

Long range:

M-1 Garand, Springfield Armory M-1A, Scoped Remington 700.

Mid range:

2 of the self loaders above and a Winchester model 1200 with rifle sites.

Close range:

Again the 12 gauge. and a 45 acp Colt Combat Commander.

To close for the temperement of an archer, riflemen, or pistolero:

Stihl 390 chainsaw with a 24 inch bar, skip chain, racing fuel, Oooh Wee!

I might be in my comfort zone now.

While I or my swamper are refueling, again the 12 gauge. and the Colt Combat Commander.
