In the standard games - WOI and SF2 - there is the Mirage 5D for Libya

 

Israel has the Mirage 3CJ (shahak) and (Nesher/Kfir) IAI versions of Mirage 5 in WOI

In real world i think the sudafrican Cheeta is the most evolution version, maybe the Kfir C-10 is at the same level.

It depends on which type of Mirage you talk about. For the 2000's family, the 2000-5 (fighter) is the most advanced, there is a mod somewhere in the download section, but in my mind the Mirage 2000-D (bomber) is the more recent and acurate mod currently available here.
