is there a campaign editor for WOE I found one for SFSP1 it dont work for WOE I tried

It does work for WOE, the same way it works for SFP1, do the exact same procedure as for SFP1. You are using the one by Lowengrin or what ever his name was? I have a beta he gave me it works and has the carriers callout etc, but it pre Oct 2008 patch and I am not sure what it may beleaving out.
