I'm having a problem with the AIM120's showing up in the load out screen. I have the 2.52 weapons mod and also changed the info in my weapons data ini. This is from my weaponsdata file.

Dates are reasearched as is everything that's researchable, however do note that this is for Wingwinner's AIM-120C model...change type and model name if you plan to use it on other models...

I use also the C model of the 120, but this one seems to be a bit lazy, the earlier models are more agile. How is it in real life?! Realy have some probs to hit "moving" targets with the C

From what I understand the largest difference between the C and earlier models is the longer range and clipped control surfaces.What about the D? It is entering full production, has anyone made one for the TW games yet?

Not that I know of. I'm getting hits of 3 out of 4 launched (C model). I can live with that :biggrin:

The only info that I know about the D is that it can travel up to 150 NM. Basically the replacement for the Pheonix.

The 2.52 weapons mod has been uploaded by a group of modders for the benefit of the community (free of charge because that's not our way) so I feel that the angry smiley is a little bit discourteous. Perhaps you didn't know, no problem, but you do now.
