Help please in SF2 I put the d in decals folder I made and but the other planes have no decals at all where did I go wrong??

Hi all the sf2 shows how to do decals and this is what I followed and my plane has all decals however the rest of the flight has none? I am using xp is there a different format to use and most are Eric skins. Thank you in advance for the help.
