Soviet next generation aircrafts

If USSR havn't gone,so what will be next generation aircrafts?

 

This would help us work on some"what if"campaigns

 

IMO,soviet air power new aircraft list in 2009:

 

Fighter: Su-27M/Su-35,MiG-29M/MiG-33,Su-33M?,PAK-FA.MiG-31M,Su-30s?

 

Bomber:Tu-22M4 Su-24M2 Tu-160M Tu-95MS

 

Attacker:Su-39,or more?

Soviet plans

 

- Upgrating All MiG-29 (9-12 & 9-13) to 9-13S standart, 1100-1200 from 1388 producted will be upgrated in 1990-1993, then in second stage GM-mode will be added in 1992-1995;

 

{last 9-12 for internal use producted in 1986}

 

- MiG-29M, 'Mig-33' - export version can be in serial production in 1994-1998 full GM mode include guided weapons, then will be chaged by MiG-35-1 & Mig-35-2

 

- MiG-29K for Ulianovsk - can be in serial production in 1993-1999, then will be changed naval version MiG-35

 

- Su-27M can be in serial production 1992-1998 then will be upgated to Su-37/Su-35BM version

 

- Su-30 serial prodution 1992-1997 then upgrate to to FULL A-G capablity;

 

- Su-34 in serial production in 1995-2002 must replace all Su-24

 

- Su-24M2 not planned, Su-24 must be replaced by Su-34

 

- Su-25TM in serial producton 1993-2000 then?, i dont know

 

- Yak-141 1990-?

 

- Tu-22M3 upgade in 1995, creating Long range interceptor based on Tu-22M3, with 400km range AHM & passive H Anty-AWACS missiles to escort TU-22M3 formations western interceptors can be destroyed on takeoff

 

- Mig-31M - 1992-2000, then ?,

 

- MiG-31D anty-sattelite missile 1993-?

 

- Mig-27K upgrate to use Kh-31 1990-1992

 

- Il-102 - 1992?

The next planes are the T-50 projects or am I wrong... looks like there is a boom in russia, china and some other nations in developing some stealth planes.

 

I read something about a replacement project for the MiG-31, called 7.01 and y infos about it. The MiG-31 is expensive and a very specialised aircraft... still very dangerous with it`s strong radar and Amos missiles.

 

Yak 141 is still in service... hope I don`t mix it with the Forger... have to search in wiki

The Yak-38 have been out of service for quite some time now, they were probably retired along with the early Minsk carriers in 1993 or at very last with the Baku (Gorshkov IIRC) in 1996.

The Yak-141 never entered service as the program was terminated in the 90's, but AFAIK the development aircrafts are still kept in flying order in case the program got reactivated.

 

There would be little point in reactivating the Yak-141 program as the remaining carrier in Russian service can operate more cost efficient types (Su-33, MiG-29K).

Not too much, want to keep it as low as possible... I still didn't finish it, but my goal is to keep it under 18k, 15k better.

If you put some nice details in it, your work looks very clean and good, so I don`t think there will be any hard fps hit. Keep up your work!
