paint you say?

Recommended Posts

Yes you can use paint to skin.... not the idiot windows utility but paint.net! You can download this freeware graphics program at the website paint.net Though it is not up to photoshop standards it is powerful enough in its own right and I have found it to be a wonderful little program!!! you can open dds without conversion and work on them and save them right back, very useful for skinning.
