Yeah, that means it works hehe, still haven't tested in great detail, BUT initial testing shows insane performance boost, just like advanced shaders if not even better than that...

Still haven't find any...

I turned on mirrors,reflections and shadows and I get about 50FPS in the cockpit...I couldn't get over 20 before with these three

My Rig specs

 

Q8200

6 GB DDR2 Ram

9800gt 1 GB

Vista 64bit

 

Got my average FPS trippled

I tired it, and it didn't work for me. I think it did work for some others, but it was more a graphical enhancement and didn't really help with performance.

 

You can try it though... Worst thing that happens is you have to delete two files to get things back to normal.

Well, you know what they say, "if seems too good to be true, it probably is".

 

I have had this HDR plugin downloaded for al ong time but never got around to trying it out in any of my games. I know it works in games to give you a sort of pseudo HDR look but I don't like the contrasty HDR look much anyway and is why I have never checked it out. If it increases frame rates too though then I definately will now. Thanks to op for link.

Yes I did D/L it and put on my flash drive, and I cant wait to get home........however it does seem to good to be true :blink:
