Ltn.Demisch proved adept at Balloon Busting, accounting for 5 of his totalvictories. He was later shot down by SE5as of 40 Sqdn. on 24 Sep 1918near Abancourt. One of theyoungest German fighter pilots of the war, Näther was by July 1918staffelführer of Jasta 62 at 18 Years old, and was nominated for theBlue Max.
