Atifacting new DX11 Radeon Card (anyone seen this?)

New Radeon 5850 dx 11 card with Catalyst 9.11 drivers are giving me some artifacting. Heres three screenshots. I posted over at AMD forums. Anyone else seen this?

I had the very same artifacts on my GF8800GT under Win7 Dx11 (in Dx10 mode of course) updating the drivers solved the problem.
