Is there a weather mod?

I have spent some time on this forum reading some of the threads dated back to 2008. Somebody mentioned a weather mod which offers some very nicely rendered clouds, they look very stereo and 3D. But I have found nothing close to that in the Download Section. Can somebody point me to the right website where such good mod can be found? Also what do I need to install the forest terrain for the Vietnam theater? Thanks!!

Fantastic!  Thought it is about the sky not the ground so never looked into the Terrain Mod section .
