Runs A Mile In a Bomb Suit

80 pound suit, i'd crumble to the ground before even taking a step; let alone running a 9:22 mile...

You know there in EOD for a reason and that reason Sanity isn't required... Running in that suit is nuts... I remember running with that weight on my back and it wasn't too pleasant to say the least...

 

And as the comment said at the end :-

 

Only runners would call this fun... enough said...

Reminds me on the bad old days when i had to run in the "Gamma suit" Is not a nice thing if you have an urgend need :grin:

Reminds me of the guy who ran the London Marathon in an old fashioned diving suit a few years back, you the kind with a solid brass helmet and weighted boots. Well I say ran, took him the best part of a week. Raised a **** load of money for charity doing it.

Them EOD guys have stones of steel I am surprised the don't leap tall buildings I will stick with Infantry
