Problems with frame rate after June 2010 Patch

Since I have patched with June 2010 patch anytime I use any weapon that has a TV like the maverick or the hobos my frame

rate slows down and becomes choppy, This never happened before. This happens in my merged copy of SF2 and with a

stand alone SF2 Isreal. If I move to another weapon the frame rate goes back to normal.

Has anyone else had this issue. And if so how did they fix it. I have tried all I can think of and nothing has worked.

I did a clean install of a merged SF2 and SF2I with the same results. So it has nothing to do with modifications.

From the number of views with no response I will assume it is a conflict with my system and no one else

is having this issue.

Actually I ran the games yesterday and it did become slower when Maverick seeker was active in stock A-10.
