It will be for SF2E' date=' but it'll contain "bonus contents" for SF2 and/or SF2I if you have them merged :) ...like the Saudi/Kuwaiti Lightning F.53 for mercenary campaign ;)[/quote']

Tail, engine, wings have differences between C/D Huns.

I hope the Starfighter will return as a stock flyable in one of the upcoming expansion packs. Then my top 3 favourite jets will be available as stock.

how true, considering everybody and their brother-in-law flew Skytrains at one time or another!!! On the upside, TK's control surface fabric looks MUCH better than mine!! Never could quite get the hang of it!

I have had them flyable for some time thanks to your instructions, currently doing some Dutch skins for them. But I was hoping for new SF2 style cockpits.

Is C any different to D in performance?

It depended on the engine it was. Eventually the C models and D's had the same engine.

The first few F-100Cs were powered by the J57-P-7, rated at 9700 lb.s.t. dry and 14,800 lb.s.t. with afterburner. This engine was soon replaced on the production line by the J57-P-39 with similar rating. However, most F-100Cs (from the 101st machine and onward) were powered by the J57-P-21, an upgraded version of the J57-P-7. The -21 was rated at 10,200 lb.s.t. dry and 16,000 lb.s.t. with afterburner. This engine provided more thrust at higher altitudes, and increased the speed at altitude by about 40 mph and reduced the time to climb to 35,000 feet by about ten percent.

I can't wait to make the Yak-23 flyable and wallow around in the skies like a sick whale on meth.

F-100C?? Where is the difference to the D visualy?

From wikipedia (the quality reference tool that it is...)

Wait, what? C hasn't got flaps?

Yeah, I thought that was weird too, but this link also confirms it:

No flaps when landing a serious swept wing like that means stick to long runways!!
