ok heres a weird one...

new aircraft...cant say what yet...heres problem

Ailerons refuse to work....

they are linked to outer wing that to main wing then to fuselage...all the axes set correct.mesh names corret etc..in the data ini its set such...I cant see error...

using A-10 data ini as base(youll see why when models done :) )

[LeftAileron]

SystemType=CONTROL_SURFACE

this is entry for the aileron in left outer wing...(parent)

SystemName[001]=LeftSlat

SystemName[002]=LeftAileron

SystemName[003]=LeftPositionLightTop

SystemName[004]=Station01

SystemName[005]=Station03

SystemName[006]=Station05

SystemName[007]=Station07

SystemName[008]=LeftPositionLightBottom

SystemName[009]=ABL_Top

SystemName[010]=ABL_Bottom

also as it takes off...it always veers to right and will knife edge into ground after it starts to bank..ps...ive checked the ymac entry is set properly ie...Ymac=-1.78 to port wing etc Ymac= 1.78 to stbd..etc

im stumped...if someone with max wants to have a look for errors...feel free to ask for the model...

there are a few things I need to fix...but none connected to the above...I think...lol

cheers

are the systems for the main wing and outer wing all correct, number sequence/spelling ?

Components section correct names/ sequence ?

maybe the "line" is broken further up and lower parts like outer wing disabled

Ooo, guessing games. I like those.

How's about an A-9?

Seeing as we've already covered the A-10 and Su-25.

If these two aircraft, er, mated, this would surely be the off-spring...

IMHO the A-9 looks like the COBRA's rattler almost except for the tail. Put the A-10's engines on the wings, put a turret on the spine, put the GUA cannon in the nose and paint it blue...tada a rattler.
