Issue with Quick Scenarios

Recommended Posts

With some, but not all of the Quick Scenario missions I receive this error message: "Run-time 'error 53': file not found".

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry, I can't really offer a fix - but I recommend to fly Campaign.

You don't know what you're missing.

And with "Warp", you can still get to some instant action.

You may possibly wish to try an uninstall, re-install, repatch and reconfigure CFS3 graphic settings.

Thanks, but I am still not certain what file I am missing, if that's what the problem is.

And not every problem can be attributed to Vista.

Oh, well.

wsmwsm, before you do a complete re-install, you should try the reset of CFS3 in "Workshop".

You will loose all pilots that way, but if it works then, you save a lot of work.

And: I am running the sim on VISTA, and it runs fine and without problems.

Sorry, not a re-install of vista. Reinstall CFS3 and Over Flanders Fields, sir. I should have been clearer.

Are you running OFF Manager as administrator?

Time to change pilots anyway, so I opted for the reset. It works. Thanks much.
