How to put SFG to default files ?

basically i downloaded extra missions etc and i got confused but i had added them to mission folder. i now want to get all the files how they were before i downloaded any mods. i tried uninstalling and re-installing the game but that didnt work, it only deleted my campaign progres -_-. any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

To answer your question, did you delete the entire folder of SFG before you re-installed? So uninstall, delete any left over folders then reinstall.
