huge public thanks to GKABS for the new Mk39 and Mk15 models. :drinks::clapping:

the ones we have in house currently were based on some old side view drawings that werent too accurate to begin with. not to mention the Mk39 now has a stabilizing chute:biggrin:

If no one else wants to try I can give it a try. It might be a long time before I could finish given I'm taking care of 4 kids (one with special needs) and have arthritis in my fingers. Serious;y i can try though.

there were no specific squadrons based there. they got forward deployed on rotaional basis to England, Spain, Alaska as well as Guam, Morocco, and a few other places. by whole wing at first then by detachments

there will be Operation Reflex skins, with color tail marking but with SAC or wing logos as the main feature of the main aircraft.

Nice model. I like it. Only one remark. The early MiG-21 used round breakchutes. The breakchute in cross design came later. It was invented in East Germany, IIRC in the early 1970th.

Here a picture of a MiG-21F-13 with round breakchute:

With the MiG-21PF it was the same system.
