TrackIR question.

Sorry for the stupid question but here goes...

 

Well got hold of TrackIR 5, lovely bit of kit it is too..

 

Got it working fine in my fully merged SF2 install, but it only works in cockpit view, is this correct? It does not seem to work for external panning around the aircraft (or any type of external view). Is this normal or is there something else I'm missing?

 

Did a quick forum search but came up blank. Anyway many thanks in advance

Yeah it's normal, you can however set up your TrackIR like a mouse and then you get the all-around although I personally prefer it that way, looking with trackIR in external views is somehow un-natural for me...
