Had a re-think about the tri-colour 'TEXAS' and replaced it with a simpler 'TEXAS AIR FORCE'.

Simple observation Spinners you are using what looks like a cross between the current Texas flag and the flag from Puerto Rico, or is this Is part of the what if? Is this what the Texas Air Guard use on the tail?

Both the roundel and the fin flash are from discussions at the 'what if' modelers website;

 

I searched this site for ideas and used Bryan H's roundel and Cmdr_Blop's Texas Reach (AU Earth) flag as a fin flash but I might make slanted (left and right) versions for the F-4.
