A question about nations in SF2

Is there a way to change a nation from Red to Blue automatic ie Poland is red let say under 50 & 60s but if you play another year let say 2010 Poland will be blue?

Yes it is!

If you extract the nations.ini

you have to edit the dates for enemy to end date f.e. 1990

then add a new nation f.e :

necropost because nobody seems to be answering this question

but whats the difference between the startdate and the activedate especially in relation to adding a nation that is a continuation of another but with a different name or decal?
