"Some" pictures from the Swedish Air Force Museum. There are more on my blog, but I reserved myself to post the more exiting ones...

J 21R with Gun Pod. When fired, the gun pod recoil would make the Aircraft stop in the air.

J 26 Mustang. One of the aircraft bought from Sweden by Israel, donated to the Museum by Israel.

Tp 79 Wreckage. This particular aircraft was shot down by Soviet Forces in 1952 over International waters. It was found and salvaged only a couple of years back and given its own exhibit on the museum

MiG 15, TP 47 in foreground. In 1952, a Catalina was shot down while on SAR Duty, trying to find the crew of the abovementioned TP 79. This became known as the Catalina Affair. A fictional what-if story of the events is now a TSF Campaign for SF2.

A 32 Lansen. The museum reguarly holds evenings with different Aircraft as the main topic. During the Lansen one, people was allowed to climb into its cockpit.

Awww, and I was kinda hoping to see the B-17 airliner conversion that was made in Sweden, would have been interesting to see... were some not used by Sweden as bombers as well? I think quite a few turned up there thanks to aviators fed up with the war...

 

Still, great pics!!! Awesome museum indeed!

Excellent bit of photog work. The angles you've captured are very complimentary, as is the museum lighting.

 

Looks like you had the run of the place. No random heads in any of the photos.
