Autopilot landing

Just tried a CAP and encountered few 23's but had no kills, second flight killed them all (mumbles) but when I watched the autopilot land, the Tomcat sank into the carrier deck and boom! %$#@!! Any of you got killed in landing & sinking into the carrier deck manually?

teh two AI landings I tried, both times had severe issues and overshot the entire carrier.

never tried AI landing, haven't thought it is possible to be honest

I don't think I've ever landed a plane ... I always thought that's what the AP was for!!

Not nearly as bad as what I have an aptitude to do... Finish an awesome mission, come back to the carrier, and F up the landing myself, end campaign.

I am always landing manually, usually under the glideslope I've had some bolters, slammed the Tomcat very hard once (without a crash). Now I am pretty confident. Keep trying
