Can't get numbers on TMF F-14A to show up in campaign

Just installed campaign6 of Malibu43's SF2 desert campaigns with carriers into my merged setup. Works fine, except that the F-14A's individual numbers don't show up in campaigns--they DO in single missions, though. I put the line startnumber=1 in the campaigndata.ini, but it didn't help. What should I do?

change it 0? as all level 2 decals SHOULD start with nameofdecal000.tga
