This is the Russian version, with a center panel in the upper wing, and a Colt-Browning machine gun. I have included 3 Russian skins, and a French skin. My thanks to Ojcar for making the FM, thanks to Sindad and Whitekinght for info about the plane, and thanks to Sinbad for bringing the Colt-Browning to my attention. Grinseed 19 Posted July 13, 2012 This is a great addition to the FE hangars. Is this now the only flight sim that can boast a Spad A2? I think the Royal Aircraft Factory 'borrowed' the design for the B.E. 9, aka the Pulpit. From what I 've read British airmen were not at all impressed with having to sit in the front of the propellor, but in any case I dont think any of these crates made it to the front. As for the French aviators, they at least started with a SPAD. Lovely work Stephen, cant wait to fly it. ...and no this wasnt a call for you to make the BE9...you do what you want mate, coz you always seem to make such great aircraft, thank you. 33LIMA 972 Posted July 13, 2012 Have just flown a quick 'interception' mission in the A2, only for the 4 of us to be pitted against Pfalz DIII's escorting a bunch of Gothas. Nevertheless, I managed to get behind one and while I think I may want to tweak the gunner's capabilities a little, he managed to knock one down, just visible diving 'OOC' for the deck ahead of all the struts and stuff ahead: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
